On top of a green meadow full of life lived,
the most beautiful, white rose in the world.
The rose was in love with the world and,
The world was lustful for its soft petals.
One day, a great sun with its scarlet radiance,
Came before the rose with all its might.
The rose admired the sun’s endless warmth,
And its petals turned to replicate the sun.
But as they turned fully red like it,
The sun left the rose and never returned.
In the cold night full of fear came the,
Mysterious moon’s yellow glimmer.
The rose doted its cold, distant beauty,
And its petals gained its bottomless allure.
But as they absorbed the mysteries,
The moon hid amongst the clouds.
Days past and the rose sought new things,
Things to color her petals to countless shades.
And it took its black petals falling away,
For it to seek its white beauty once again.
And as the petals decayed into nothing,
The rose’s seeds scattered across the hill.
